Over four months, I have achieved impressive results that I didn’t think were possible, all thanks to his expert instruction. I am stronger, leaner, and fitter. The combination of reformer Pilates and massage is fabulous and reasonably priced.

I have been attending Isa’s Pilates sessions weekly for about three months. He is an excellent instructor. Everyone receives personal attention to assess which areas need work and which areas need rest. He then creates a series of exercises tailored to each person’s needs and demonstrates how to perform them. The studio is really clean and comfortable. I always feel great after the class, and it sets me up perfectly for the day ahead.

Jesus is an exceptionally skilled Pilates teacher. He is also an expert in physio/massage. One instantly feels safe and relaxed in his hands, knowing he is a true professional. Moreover, he is a lovely man who communicates his wisdom, kindness, and expertise, even though English is not his first language. I would not hesitate to recommend him.
